Being alone is great, being single is mind-refreshing but if you are in a stable relationship with the man of your dream, there are some things the both of you should definitely do together because experts say these activities can form a stronger bond between you and your man.

1. Work out together

If you are working out with your partner, obviously there’s going to be its own advantages. When you are exercising, it elevates your heart rate, blood pressure and respiration. Because your physiological state is heightened, your body will be more aroused and you will tend to find your partner as more attractive.

2. Travel together

Jetting off to a place the two of you had never been to is a healthy way to reignite that feeling of adventure and excitement that was there during the beginning of the relationship. Besides providing a much-needed time away, having a short break from your hectic environment returns you invigorated and refreshed.

3. Cook together

Regardless of who is the chef of the family, it is important to set aside some time to prepare a full meal together. Even if your man is not a cooker, have him pass you stuff while you are doing the cooking can promote a sense of teamwork. Plus, you guys can chit chat about what’s going on in each other’s life.

4. Read together

Whether you are reading the chapters aloud to him or reading the same book together in silent, experts says that couple who read together has a more relaxing and laidback environment between the both of them. It also helps that reading the same book can stimulate meaningful conversations and promote a healthier connection between you and your man.

5. Laugh together

It seems like a no-brainer that you would choose to surround yourself with people who make you laugh, so why not do the same with your partner? When you two laugh at the same jokes or each take turns cracking each other up, laughing can trigger your brain to release endorphins, chemicals that will help you feel good.
